What kind of cable assemblies do you provide?

We can provide almost anything our clients want.  We can supply  a wide variety of cables and lengths and almost any kind of termination.

 

How do I get a quote?

Simply contact us by your preferred means of communication.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Can you help if I’m not sure exactly what I want?

Yes.  You are welcome to talk to our experienced Production Engineer, which will help you find the most effective solution

 

Do you use sub-contractors?

We do not.  All our work in the UK is carried out in our own workshop in Hitchin.  All our European work is carried out by our trusted partner.

 

What is the minimum order size?

There is no minimum order size.

 

What is the lead time?

That depends on the complexity of the assembly.  If your requirement is urgent we will do our best to get them to you within your timescales.

 

Do you provide wire prep?

We do.

 

Can you work with RF and COAX cables?

We can.  We use a state of the art programmable coaxial cable preparation machine, to give top quality work at good prices.

 

Do you provide kitting?

Yes.

 

How do I know your assemblies will be good quality?

First, because all our work is done to IPC 620 standard. Second, because all our cable assemblies are tested with state-of-the-art CIRRIS testers. And finally, because we have built our business on the quality of our work.

 

Are you a well established company?

We are.  We have been in business for over 50 years.

 

Can you supply a small quantity of assemblies initially, for testing and approval.

Yes, no problem.

 

Can you help us manage our inventory?

We can.  We are happy to manage deliveries to make sure you always have sufficient inventory in stock.

 

Can you give expert advice?

We can.  Our technical specialists are always happy to discuss the best way of meeting your requirements, covering all aspects of your project.  This means that our clients have access to excellent advice and professional expertise at every stage of their project.
