Paul Hickton, Managing Director
We have strengthened and developed our team in the past few years, adding specialist expertise to the already skilled and knowledgeable workforce. This puts us in pole position to meet our customer’s high demands.
Johannah Hickton, Director & Systems Co-ordinator
I am responsible for the smooth running of the IT systems that underpin the Flair operation; ensuring orders are logged and managed highly efficiently.
Kenny Dixon, Production Engineer
My engineering background means I am ideally placed to advise customers, particularly with complex projects. We have an excellent shopfloor team so I have all the back-up I need to deliver high quality work on time.
Maria Carter, Production Co-ordinator
Problem solving is the main focus of my role along with QA and I am generally the first contact for customers. This means I have a really good understanding of what customers need and how Flair can provide specialist input.
Ben Rudd, Purchasing Manager
My role is to understand what our customers want and to work with the shop floor team to deliver exactly that, on time and within budget. We love a challenge so the more demanding a project the better.
