Carole Hickton - Financial Director
Carole and Bill Hickton set up Flair in 1972; Carole now has a team of 16 and is responsible for the day to day running of the company.
“Since starting Flair the industry has changed a lot but one of our strengths is keeping up to date and in touch with new developments. We have the right staff in place to go forward and build on our solid foundations for the future”.

Paul Hickton - Sales & Marketing Director
Joined Flair in May 1995. Paul manages the sales engineers as well as marketing.
“Price is important to our customers but service is becoming even more so and this is where Flair Electronics is different from the rest. We have knowledgeable staff and our focus on customer service is second to none. Every customer is important to us and we aim to grow with them and form long and lasting partnerships”.
Terry has more than 20 years experience in electro/mechanical engineering. He joined Flair in 2007 and he is responsible for ensuring production at Flair always runs smoothly with orders produced on time, every time. “At Flair we constantly review all processes and procedures which has enabled us to build and maintain our reputation for personal service over the past 38 years”.

Tania Goodliffe - Assistant Operations Manager
Tania joined Flair in 2009 and is responsible for production control, legal compliance, quality, environmental, health and safety, personnel and training. “At Flair no-one is a number; staff and customers are treated very much as individuals. As a member of Flair's team you are made to feel an important contributor to the business's continual growth and development”.

Kim Turner - Sales and Purchasing Administrator
Kim is one of the people you'll speak to when you ring Flair, she is responsible for sales and purchase orders. As one of the production team she makes sure the processes run smoothly and that customers get the best service. “Flair is a happy, friendly company to work for with lots of knowledge and expertise. When we are up against real tight deadlines everyone, in all departments, pulls together to get the work out on time”.

Ben Rudd - Production Administrator
Ben is the newest member of the team, he joined in 2010 and works closely with Terry, Tania and Kim to make sure Flair’s production runs smoothly and efficiently. “The Flair team spirit is a great strength, we all pull together for our customer’s benefit”.

Johannah Hickton - IT Systems Coordinator
Jo is responsible for overseeing Flair’s system and making sure it runs smoothly so that stocks are managed efficiently and prices are updated and correct. “The atmosphere at Flair is a happy one, everyone mucks in together and we are a tight-knit team. People stay here for a long time”.

Pippa Brown - Accounts Manager
Pippa manages payroll, sales and purchase accounts and prepares all the books to audit standards. “It’s great place to work, we all work as team and because there are a lot of long-standing employees we have a real bond”.
