We first started dealing with Flair around a year ago after we searched the internet for a bespoke cabling solution requirement. Flair replied within 24 hours and were very professional from the initial concept design to final delivery. From the 6 companies we approached I have to say that Flair were by far the most professional, responsive and competitive. Whilst cost is obviously an important factor, knowing that someone is going to do something that they say and when they say is to me as important, if not more important than cost. My dealings have mainly been with Paul at director level and he goes further than any other supplier we have to ensure we are happy with product and service, we are updated constantly from concept to delivery, he even offered to personally deliver some cable assemblies to site which had been delayed due to a courier issue beyond their control, I don't know many companies who will go this far these days. Flair's service is good and personable. Problems always arise when manufacturing cables, and these problems are always dealt with in an amicable and professional way. Respect between Supplier and Customer is paramount for a successful relationship, and I believe we have that.

Flair did come up with an idea for improving the design of a specific cable assembly about 4 years ago, this was helpful and the cable is still being manufactured that way now, I have always been impressed with the technical knowledge of Flair's various Production Managers

We have dealt with Flair for approx 7 years and have built up a good partnership. We operate a delivery schedule forecast that is sent on a weekly basis and from that Flair plan their production for weekly loom assembly deliveries. This has worked extremely well and helps Eurotherm keep its inventory under control with Flair's ability to plan raw material and production well in advance of our requirements. We recently worked together to resolve a component supply issue to Flair and between us we had the experience and knowledge of the industry to resolve the problem of resourcing without any undue problems for our production.

Flair has been working with Lincad for close on a decade supplying the majority of our cable assemblies. The cable assemblies are generally bespoke ribbon cable parts manufactured to drawings although Flair is a reliable connector piece part supplier as well as a sub assembly manufacturer.

Quantities required vary greatly from 10's to 1000's per order and it has been very helpful that even low quantity batches are manufactured quickly and to a high level of quality. No orders are treated as unimportant.

Both quality and level of service have been exemplary. In the event of quality issues the response has been rapid and positive with both Paul and Terry available to address any concerns quickly and efficiently. The service has been professional and friendly.
