Our policy is to exceed our customer's expectations. We have the expertise to understand and deliver what each customer needs all the way through from design stage to the finished product. We continually talk to our customers and keep an eye on the market in general so we can keep pace with demands and advances in the market.

The whole Flair team takes responsibility for providing high quality service including maintaining on time delivery and giving maximum value to customers whether that is using our own UK operation or using our Far East supplier.



Team Objectives

At Flair we have a continual programme of training for all staff including in-house and off site programmes, so that employees have the essential skills and knowledge required to build and maintain a sustainable business.

We treat our staff fairly and support them in any way we can. Over 75% of our staff has been with Flair for 20 years or longer.
