In our fully equipped factory in Stevenage, we can supply a full range of custom-built cable assemblies.
With our fully automated crimp machines we can supply cables using JST, AMP, FCI and MOLEX crimps. Other tooling includes HONDA CONNECTORS meaning we can build SCSI 1,2 & 3 cables in both IDC and DISCREET wire.
Patch cables can be supplied to any length, colour and pin out in both shielded and unshielded assemblies.
Our production operators have vast experience in soldering, crimping and IDC meaning that we maintain a high standard of quality.
The Schleuniger EcoStrip 9300, fully automated wire cutting and stripping machine makes light work of cut to length, strip and Partial strip wire preparation of many types of wire up to 6MM.

This machine has been designed to automatically cut and remove cable jackets up to 24mm O/D without touching inner conductors. With minimal set up time, it’s ideal for small, medium and large batch sizes
The Schleuniger MP 257 is a fully programmable coaxial cable preparation machine. By simply inserting the coax cable, the automated process removes the cable's outer jacket, the shield, and the inner dielectric material to precise dimensions. The process is accurate and repeatable in both small and large production runs and is essential for quality and repeatability in coaxial cable preparation and assembly.
