Dear Flair
Customer,
Welcome to our second newsletter. I would
like to start by thanking every single one of our
customers for their business throughout
2009. Rather than send cards this year we
are using this newsletter to wish all our
customers and their families Merry Christmas and a
Happy New Year. The money saved will be donated to
Help For Heroes a really worthwhile charity, learn

2009
at Flair
|
|
2009 has not
been the easiest year by any stretch of the
imagination, I don't think many of us could have
foreseen how hard the recession was going to hit,
but at Flair we have begun to see signs of growth
with enquiries up in the past four or five months
so let's hope this continues.
Our main
focus as always is customer service, working with
and listening to our customers so we deliver the
right product at the right price at the right
time. We are seeing that many of our customers -
exsiting and new - are fed up with high minimum
order quantities and long Far East delivery times.
It seems the UK market is now operating on
a 'just in time' basis with customers preferring
to order only what they need at any one time.
Clearly this helps cash flow and storage but does
depend upon being able to rely upon receiving
lower quantities more frequently. That's where
Flair Electronics comes in, we are well placed to
offer this service as we have a small but very
flexible Production Department.
Have a look
at our website here
for more details of how we can help your
bsuiness.
